ABOUT ABOUT

All the passion, emotion and charm of Ireland in an evening of Inspirational Humor, History, Blarney and BS (Brilliant Stories) that will put a spring in your step, a beat in your heart, and a smile on your face. Conor Cunneen’s one-man show will have you crying tears of sadness, tears of laughter and ultimately giving thanks or wishing you could say: "For the Love of Being Irish."

Conor Cunneen is an Irishman happily exiled in Naperville where he says the Guinness is great, the natives are friendly and he has been force fed more corned beef than he ever had in Ireland. With a style that has been likened to "Mark Twain with a brogue," this best-selling author, proud Corkman and inspirational raconteur is a Chicago Humorous Speaker of the Year and one of only 63 people in Toastmasters history to achieve the accolade of Accredited Speaker. He was also thrown out of the altar boys as a sweet, innocent, wee young lad. An action he claims was totally unjustified!
